Indikation
Antikroppar mot ”soluble liver antigen/liver-pancreas” (SLA/LP) är en hög-specifik markör för autoimmun hepatit typ-1 (AIH-1) med förekomst i 10-50 % av fallen beroende på detektionsmetodik. Kliniskt är de kopplade till en allvarligare sjukdomsaktivitet och förlopp.
Anti-SLA/LP kan även förekomma vid autoimmuna hepatiter som är negativa för andra markörer som SMA/ANA (10 %) eller anti-LKM-1, autoimmuna hepatiter typ-1 eller typ-2 hos barn (10-50 % respektive 18-44 %) och akut leversvikt av oklar genes (20 %).

Antikroppsförekomst anges som "påvisat" respektive "ej påvisat".
